Faithwalkers 2011
Faithwalkers is an annual conference that brings people together to seek the Lord and continue the tradition of New Testament Christianity.
This year's conference theme is "Blessed!": Nothing in the world compares to the life that belongs to followers of Jesus Christ. Tragically, few Christians seem to understand the treasures that are ours. Fewer still live and experience a life that can honestly be called “blessed.” More from the Faithwalkers website...
About the Conference

Faithwalkers Midwest 2011 will take place December 27-30 in Omaha, Nebraska at the Qwest Center.
Registration Information
Please read through the following information before registering. The registration link is at the bottom of the page.
This year, you have the option to register only for the conference with meals and not for the Hotel. Hotel Reservations will be made through WCCC to stay at The Hilton at a group rate. Room assignments will be given to ensure that our people are housed together. If you would prefer to book your own housing in Omaha, you are free to only register for the conference fee w/meals and not the hotel options.
Cost
This year there are 3 registration types. All registration types are available with housing at the conference hotel--The Hilton--or without housing, in which case you will be responsible for finding your own housing during the conference. The registratin types are as follows:
- Individual Registration - For any single person attening the conference.
- For married couples - This includes couples and families with children.
- Teen registration - This is for teens (14-18 years old) who will be attending the conference without their parents. (Note: each teeen attending without their parents will still need a "Chaperone" over 25 with them at the conference and will need to fill out special paperwork; see below).

*Family Discount: There will be a $50 discount to families (or single parents) bringing children to the conference.
Housing
We will be again staying at The Hilton in Omaha. There is also an option to find your own housing (see rates above).
Everyone staying at the Hilton will also have to pay a $5 per day parking fee to use the parking ramp. You must pay that directly to the hotel at time of check out. If you would prefer to park elsewhere, you are more than welcome to do so.
Payment Options
You may pay online with a credit card. If you would like to pay with a check, you are welcome to do so, but we request that in that case you fill out a paper form and turn it into the church office.

If you are unable to pay for the cost of the conference but are interested in working out a payment plan, the option to do so is available. Please fill out a payment plan paper form, then contact the conference coordinator, Shaly Moyal: shaly.moyal@gcmweb.org, to coordinate the payment schedule.
Rules for Minors
Minors between the ages of 12 and 18 will be allowed to attend the conference this year, however they will need to have a chaperone with them who is over the age of 25. Their parents will be required to fill out a wavier for and that form will need to be turned into the church office before they can attend the conference.

Read before proceding:
In order to register online you must pay at the time of registration. If you are unable to pay the full amount at this time, please contact Shaly Moyal for a payment plan option application (see above). Not all payment plans will be able to be granted. Some scholarships are also available, but are on a case-by-case basis.
If you cancel your registration, Faithwalkers Midwest reserves the right to retain funds paid by you to Faithwalkers Midwest if Faithwalkers Midwest is liable for expenses due because of your registration.
Refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Walnut Creek Office with questions – directed to Shaly Moyal. No refunds will be given after December 26th.
