Another Day in Barcelona
This morning our group visited a park that was surprisingly occupied by many Barcelona natives. This allowed us to hear what people from Barcelona feel about Christianity. Two of the people that we spoke to said that they would be interested in visiting an Evangelical church if there was one here. We met another man from Barcelona sitting on a bench outside of a Catholic church. At the beginning of our conversation with him he was adamant that he did not believe in God, in heaven, or in hell. After speaking with him for about an hour he agreed to take one of our tracts, and we encouraged him to pray that God would reveal Himself to him.
Later in the day, we met two men who were from Israel and invited them to play soccer with us. But first we needed to find a ball to play with. We approached a woman named Flaria and she gave us directions to a store. Two hours later, as we were waiting in the park to play soccer, we happened to see Flaria again and made plans to have dinner with her tomorrow. The night was very productive as we were able to find many people who wanted to play soccer with us. We had so much fun that we’ll be seeing the 5 or 6 teenage boys tomorrow… same time; same place.
We are very excited to see who the Lord will provide for us to spend time with tomorrow and the rest of the week.
